    We know that the best sources for finding promising candidates are the people who are already thriving at Aquilent. And we'll make it worth your while to refer your friends, family, acquaintances, former colleagues, or anybody else who you think would be a great addition to our team at Aquilent:

    • For each successfully hired referral, you may expense a dinner of up to $100 after the candidate's first day at Aquilent.
    • You will be paid a referral bonus of $2,000 after the candidate has had his or her six-month anniversary with Aquilent.
    • Your name will be entered in the annual Grand Prize Drawing once for each successful referral.
    How to refer a candidate:
    1. Refer individual candidates in writing through Aquilent's employee referral module: http://www2.aquilent.com/careers/AppSelfService.aspx.
    2. Type in your e-mail address and have your password e-mailed to you.
    3. Follow the instructions on the website to complete the referral.
    Eligibility:
    • Individuals must be hired within 180 days of referral for the referral bonus to be payable.
    • Referral bonuses and prizes will only be paid to existing employees who are actively employed by Aquilent at the time when the fee becomes payable as specified in this policy.
    • No referral bonus will be paid for candidates with whom Aquilent has had employment discussions within the six months preceding the submitted referral.
    • In the event that two employees refer the same individual, only the first referral will be eligible for payment.

  • Referral bonus for external referrals: $1,000

    Aquilent takes pride in attracting, developing and retaining the most talented, creative, and dedicated individuals. Our company culture is defined by a successful, entrepreneurial spirit—which is why we also encourage and reward individuals outside of Aquilent to refer applicants to our open positions.

    You will receive your payment no more than 30 days following the six-month anniversary of the referred employee. The payment will be taxable. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 and fax it or send via PDF to us prior to receipt of payment.

    How to refer a candidate:
    1. Check Aquilent's open positions, identified by the Human Resources Department on our website at www.aquilent.com.
    2. E-mail the resume of the candidate you're referring to jobs@aquilent.com with "Friends of Aquilent Referral" in the subject line.
    3. Include your name and detailed contact information in your e-mail to ensure that you receive your reward.
    Eligibility:
    • In order for referral fees to be paid, individuals must be hired within 180 days of the referral.
    • Referral fees will only be paid to referrers when the new hire has been employed at a full-time status for at least six months.
    • Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Aquilent.
    • Referred candidates must not have applied to one of our external job postings or currently entered into our applicant tracking database.
