• What’s Next for Government Web and New Media in 2011?

  Last week over 500 government web content managers, writers and editors grabbed their iPads and Blackberries and headed for downtown DC to attend the annual Government Web and New Media Conference. I was able to catch day one of the conference, which covered topics from high-level “where are we going” presentations to specific sessions on effective social media use and usability strategies.
