    Last year, I was on my way to the airport to catch a flight to a board meeting. I knew I was running short on time, but I thought I’d be alright. However, after I parked my car, the bus shuttle didn’t arrive for fifteen minutes, so when I finally arrived at the airline counter, I only had twenty minutes until my flight departed.

I was able to catch day one of the conference, which covered topics from high-level “where are we going” presentations to specific sessions on effective social media use and usability strategies.
