Sean Fitzpatrick

Sean Fitzpatrick brings over fifteen years of experience in the usability and user experience profession to Aquilent. At Aquilent, Sean is responsible for managing all User Experience (UX) and Usability activities for the company, including the development of Aquilent's UX Process. He also provides UX subject-matter expertise consulting across all web projects.

Prior to Aquilent, Sean held the position of Director of User Experience for an online education company where he was responsible for ensuring that all web products and services were usable and designed from the end user’s perspective. Additionally, he was responsible for all in-house usability testing, customer feedback collection, and data analysis. He also worked for a business-to-business e-commerce company as a Usability Manager and was a Senior User Interface Designer focusing on the development of easy to use web sites and applications.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is actively involved in the user experience/usability community and is a member of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA), as well as the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (ACM SIGCHI). He holds an M.A. in Human Factors Engineering from George Mason University, as well as a B.A. in psychology and a B.A. in public relations/advertising. In Sean's spare time, he likes to hunt, fish, and take wildlife photography.
