Rob Proper, Lead Technical Consultant at Aquilent, brings more than 20 years of experience in software architecture, design and development. He is skilled in system integration, web and business rules applications across a number of sectors, including government, healthcare, human resources, (internet) banking, insurance, aerospace and defense. Mr. Proper is adept at transforming complex business requirements into effective IT solutions to consistently achieve results that exceed client expectations in quality, quantity and delivery. Mr. Proper believes that this is made possible through a combination of experience, application of contemporary technology and knowledge sharing. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands).
