Nancy Bilotto

As the Director of Human Resources for Aquilent, Ms. Bilotto is responsible for recruiting, employee development, resource management, benefits, employee relations, performance management, compensation and compliance. In addition to leading a team of HR professionals, Ms. Bilotto manages Aquilent’s Facility Security Officer and the Administrative team. Ms. Bilotto is a member of the Aquilent Executive Committee and also plays a key role in strategic planning for this rapid growth company. One of Ms. Bilotto’s key objectives is to help ensure the steadfastness of Aquilent’s unique Non-Negotiable Traits, which set an industry leading benchmark for employee excellence.

Prior to Aquilent, Ms. Bilotto held numerous senior HR and recruiting positions. She has helped place top line candidates within a variety of Fortune 500 companies, and, as such, has played a pivotal role in helping to effectively manage employee growth for various clients such as Fannie Mae, Marriott International, Discovery Communications, NASD, AOL, and more.

Ms. Bilotto holds a BS in Secondary Education from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Maryland. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Maryland Association of Affirmative Action Officers (MAAAO).
