Lynne Case
As a Principal Technical Consultant for Aquilent, Lynne Case has over 20 years of experience in technical, program / project management, and profit and loss management positions. She has a strong background in system development and program management processes, including Rational Unified Process, CMMI, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and Quality Assurance. The technical aspects of the projects have included portfolio management, program management office support, system development of client-server and web based systems, COTS integration, deployment, operations, and help desk support.
Ms. Case has a strong technical background which enhances her ability to make critical decisions based on data provided to her by the project team. She has also been the lead on software process improvement initiatives, including the pursuit of Software CMM and CMMI certifications for both Aquilent and Raytheon. Ms. Case holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science degree from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has extensive experience in project management techniques such as Earned Value Management Systems during her employment on federal government contracts.
