    Jeff Whiteway is a Program Manager with Aquilent and has demonstrated management and leadership expertise in multiple industries.  He has over eleven years of experience in the IT consulting industry and with his military background, he provides a unique and qualified perspective while managing technical teams.  Mr. Whiteway has led projects with team sizes ranging from three to 35. His expertise includes core focus areas as e-government, web design and usability testing, management consulting, product development, and telecommunication infrastructure.  Mr. Whiteway is a consummate communicator and proven strategic analytical problem-solver. He is skilled at identifying requirements and enjoys structuring procedures and programs to assist clients in achieving their goals while increasing readiness, productivity, and efficiency.

    Mr. Whiteway holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.  He also has attained the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  He continues to share experiences with other Aquilent PMs as well as mentor those within the Project Management community of practice.

    When he is not managing projects and delivering effective solutions to Aquilent clients, Jeff trains and competes in the sport of triathlon (swim, bike, run) and enjoys participating in activities with his wife and two children.  He also volunteers his time as a United States Naval Academy Candidate Guidance Office Representative, or Blue Gold Officer, interviewing Maryland high school candidates and providing insights into life at the USNA and a career as a naval officer.
