    Mr. Warsaw is Aquilent’s Chief Architect and has been with Aquilent for more than 20 years. He is an experienced Systems Architect, Software Architect, Technical Lead, and Project Manager. Mr. Warsaw has architected and led the implementation of government Content Management, Web Portals, HealthIT, and E-Procurement solutions. He has development expertise in Web, Java/J2EE, .NET, C++, and X/Motif technologies, integrating solutions using Web Services and other technologies, and user-interface development.

    Notable projects on which Mr. Warsaw has played a key role include the Department of Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Web and Electronic Publishing System, Veterans Affairs (VA) My HealtheVet Portal, Department of Labor (DOL) e-Procurement System, VA Electronic Contract Management System, DOL HSPD-12 Project, DHS e-Program Management Portal, GSA.gov Content Management System and Web Portal, NASA’s Instrument Remote Control Project, and the Hubble Space Telescope Control Center System.

    Mr. Warsaw holds an M.S., Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S., Computer Science from Cornell University, Engineering. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing with technology, listening to music, playing poker, reading and watching speculative fiction, and reading comic books.
