 DAVID FOUT / President and Chief Executive Officer

David Fout promotes a customer-oriented approach in providing the Federal government with professional technical services and innovative solutions. Prior to joining Aquilent, Mr. Fout served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Commerce One's
E-Government Solutions division, Vice President of AppNet's E-Business and Technology Division, and Director of Century Computing's NASA Programs. He holds an M.S. in Information Systems and Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

 DANIELLE COGAR / Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operation Officer, Danielle Cogar is responsible for all sales and service delivery.  Ms. Cogar brings experience in delivering complex projects in numerous industries, including government, telecommunications, high technology, e-business, and retail.   Prior to her appointment as COO, she oversaw the largest and fastest growing business unit in the company and was instrumental in the development of Aquilent's business strategy and solution offerings. Ms. Cogar also oversaw multiple implementations of the Epic™ E Procurement solution as well as sales and account growth for key clients such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Labor.  Prior to joining Aquilent, she served as COO, General Manager, and VP of Consulting Services, consulting for firms such as MCI, Verizon, GE, Network Solutions, and Lowe's. Her leadership at a number of startup companies produced some of the fastest growing companies in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Ms. Cogar holds an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Loyola College.
 MELISSA HOOK / Chief Financial Officer
Melissa Hook is Aquilent's Chief Financial Officer and has more than 15 years of experience as a financial consultant and executive in the manufacturing, staffing, consulting, and technology industries. Ms. Hook has extensive experience working with start-up firms, facilitating the roll-out of new divisions within organizations, and implementing new, enterprise-wide financial systems. In the past, she served as Aquilent's Controller and ,most recently, Director of Finance. Prior to joining Aquilent, Ms. Hook served as Controller for Commerce One's Go ToMarket Divisions and Acting-Controller of the Government Division. Ms. Hook graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and holds a M.B.A in General Management from the University of Baltimore. She is also a licensed C.P.A. and is currently pursuing her Master's in Accounting at the University of Baltimore.
 MARK PIETRASANTA / Chief Technology Officer
Mark Pietrasanta is Aquilent's Chief Technology Officer and has more than 18 years of experience as a leader in the technology industry. With a broad base of experience in a variety of platforms, environments, and Internet-based technologies, Mr. Pietrasanta has provided extensive solution, development, and integration services to a diverse mix of businesses including Fannie Mae, Morgan Stanley, Random House Publishing and Discovery Communications. Prior to coming to Aquilent, Mr. Pietrasanta served as Senior Director of Development and Product Management and Regional CTO for Commerce One. Mr. Pietrasanta holds a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Philosophy from New York University.
 DOREEN SCHEFER / Director of Human Resources
Doreen Schefer is Aquilent's Director of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Schefer held positions with other national organizations in government, healthcare consulting companies such as Northrop Grumman, Phoenix Health Systems and Canadian Marconi Companies, where she served as Sr. Director of Human Resources, FSO, Director of Workforce Planning, and VP of Finance and Human Resources. Ms. Schefer has worked in the Human Resources and Accounting profession for more than 20 years, gaining experience in workforce planning, change management, human resources management, accounting and business operations. She is experienced in department start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, high-growth operations and restructuring and integrated several HRIS and accounting systems. She has developed and streamlined procedures and processes within the overall business operations strategy and researched and implemented industry best practices within the workforce planning, human resources and accounting business centers. Ms. Schefer is the Government Contractors Special Interest Group Chair for the NOVA SHRM and a graduate of Franklin Pierce, and holds a degree in Computer Science.
