Diverse background spanning 20+ years in government and commercial IT, practical and academic experience in all aspects of the system development lifecycle, and consistent demonstration of this expertise through the delivery of successful business solutions.

Areas of specialization include enterprise content management (ECM) strategy and implementation, IT strategic planning, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), enterprise architecture planning (EAP) and management with the Gartner Framework and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework, program management, business process re-engineering and organizational change management.

Prior to joining Aquilent, Wayne held a variety of program management and related roles with several large integrators. He also spent 3 years as a Director for Gartner, Inc’s IT Management Consulting Group, and served as a domain expert in the Enterprise Solutions Practice.

• Wyane has worked with customers such as VA's OneVA, the EPA, Transportation, AXENT Technologies, and the DoD.

• He holds a B.S. with Honors in Communications Services, the AIIM ECM Master certificate, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army School of Computer Sciences.

• Wayne is a published author on a variety of technical and content publishing topics and frequently speaks on ECM topics.
