The SeaPort-e Program Management and Governance Teams Win Navy Competition and Procurement Excellence

LAUREL, MD, February 27, 2007– The SeaPort-e Program Management and Governance teams win the Navy Competition and Procurement Excellence (C&PE) Award. The C&PE Awards were announced by Secretary of the Navy Don Winter on Feb. 1st for FY2006.

The Awards recognize Navy civilian and military personnel who have made the most outstanding contribution to the effectiveness of competition and innovation in Navy and Marine Corps procurement.
