The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded a Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract to Aquilent
LAUREL, MD , June 23, 2006 – Aquilent, Inc. announced today the award of General Services Administration's (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract (#GS-10F-0318S).

Aquilent received the MOBIS contract for for SINs 874-1 Consulting Services and 874-7 Program Integration and Project Management Services.
SIN 874-1: CONSULTING SERVICES
Under SIN 874-1, Aquilent can provide expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This may also include studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include, but are not limited to:
- Cycle time
- High performance work
- Leadership systems
- Organizational assessments
- Performance measures and indicators
- Process and productivity improvement
- Program audits, and evaluations
- Strategic, business and action planning
- Systems alignment
SIN 874-7: PROGRAM INTEGRATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Under SIN 874-7 Aquilent can provide services in the management, integration, and programs and projects. These services may include, but are not limited to:
- Program management
- Program oversight
- Project management
- Program integration (team leader)

- Labor Group 2 – Project Manager @ $171.69/hour
- Labor Group 3 – Senior Consultant @ $136.17/hour

- Labor Group 6 – Administrative Assistant @ $70.54/hour
